Requirements to use the app

• You must be at least 16 years old.

• The app is available via Google Play and the Apple App Store.

• You need a valid Google or Apple account.

• The app requires a valid ID06 card linked to an employer or client.

• A stable internet connection is required for the app to function properly.

• Some features require that you grant the app permission to use the camera (for ID06

• scanning) and location (for site registration).

•  By downloading, installing, or using the app you confirm that you have read and

• accept this Privacy Policy.

•  If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the app.

1. Introduction

Inkufy AB, reg. no. 559522-8809 ("Inkufy", "we", "us", "our"), processes personal data in

accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Inkufy provides the app as a data processor on behalf of the data controller, who is

typically:

• Your employer, or

• The client/contractor responsible for the worksite where you perform your duties.

This means that Inkufy also processes personal data according to the instructions of the data controller and not for its own purposes.

 

We care about your privacy and process only the information necessary to provide and operate the app securely.

 

2. What data we collect

• Given name and surname

• Personal identity number or equivalent foreign ID number

• Work shift times (start and end)

• ID06 card status (valid or invalid)

• Registered trainings in the ID06 Competence Database

• Data from the ID06 card: employer, photograph, country code

• Other information you provide when contacting support or the administrator

3. Purposes of processing

• Allow identification and login to the app

• Verify authorization via the ID06 system

• Administer work shifts and attendance records

• Meet legal requirements or site safety rules

• Handle support requests and communication

• Improve and develop the app's functionality

 

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the following legal grounds:

• Contract – to enable use of the app and to fulfil agreements with the data controller.

• Legal obligation – to comply with laws and regulations in construction and

• occupational safety domains.

• Legitimate interest – to provide, improve and protect the service.

• Consent – for specific features where required (e.g., location data).

5. Retention periods

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose or under applicable legal requirements, and according to instructions from the data controller.

When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

 

6. Sharing of data

• ID06 AB and its identity management systems

• Your employer or the client/responsible party for the site

• Service providers handling hosting, IT security and support for Inkufy

• Inspection or audit companies performing site checks under law or contract

All recipients process the data in accordance with GDPR and only under the instructions of Inkufy and the data controller.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Processing is carried out within the EU/EEA.

 

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data processed about you

• Request rectification of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of data ("the right to be forgotten")

• Request restriction of processing

• Object to certain processing

• Request data portability

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

 

Requests to exercise these rights should be made to the data controller (your employer or the client). Inkufy will assist the controller in fulfilling such requests.

 

9. Security

Inkufy implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or other unlawful processing.

Examples of safeguards include access controls, encryption, security logs and regular updates.
